So kann man auch auf die 5% kommen. Aus meiner Sicht wird es mit der Steigerung von 75% bei den „unmittelbaren” Verteidigungsausgaben dennoch spannend bleiben.

Der Sieg der Liberalen in Kanada zeigt für mich sehr deutlich die Unfähigkeit von Donald Trump die Folgen seines Handels abzuschätzen und seine Impulse entsprechend zu steuern.
Bei seinem Amtsantritt im Januar hatten die von ihm bevorzugten Konservativen klar die Nase vorn. Dann begann Trump auf Kanada einzuprügeln, was dazu führt, dass sich die Situation schnell und deutlich wendete. Auf halber Strecke hat er sich zurückgehalten oder – wahrscheinlicher – wurde zurückgehalten, aber der Umschwung war schon passiert und nicht mehr bis zur Wahl umkehrbar.
